We aim to provide an affordable, inspiring marketplace for artists to exhibit while inviting the city to gather and support local musicians, small business owners and community.

Discover local artists

This venue stands to connect artists with each other and patrons alike. Allowing each artist to sell, display, and curate their collections brings a sense of ownership and intimacy to each individual booth. Every event will also feature artists in a pop-up style market be it live music, performance art, or  theatrical production, etc. Shared work space is available to those seeking affordable, flexible work and storage space. Avant-Garden District serves as a necessary tool for many small business owners be it art, food or Non-Profit, when traditional brick and mortar storefronts are unattainable.

REDEFINING community

Offering a cultural experience thatis accessible to the community is the number one priority. Community classes and workshops featuring our artists will begin to fill in the off days at Avant-Garden District encouraging kids and adults alike to spend their free time creating as well as movie nights, game nights, live music and more. We will also operate as a venue for rent to host private gatherings.
